Dehaftol M20 is an innovative, permanent 1K non-stick coating suitable for all metals and most polar plastics. The specially developed polymer forms a durable separating layer on the substrate, allowing contaminants and dirt deposits to be effortlessly and repeatedly removed. At the same time, the coating provides reliable protection against rust and corrosion. This leads to noticeable improvements in quality, process speed, and a significant increase in the lifespan of components and systems. Cleaning time and effort are also permanently reduced.
The coating is water- and solvent-resistant and withstands process temperatures of up to 150°C. The product can be applied by spraying, rolling, brushing, or dipping.
